Lana Schneider is a Belgian visual artist based in Ghent. Her practice encompasses drawing, ceramics, sculpture and installation and is informed by systems of scientific observation and notation. Her work explores the relationship between personal experience and collective structures, often using grids, repetition and abstraction. Schneider is also co-founder of the art collective playField.
